Basil Pesto Chicken Salad Dip
This recipe is a perfect way to use up leftover chicken breast from the night before. Could be served as an appetizer or snack but I love to have it for lunch.
Basil Pesto Chicken Salad Dip
Ingredients
Total Time: 10min
Yield: 2 cups of dip
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp basil pesto
pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until well combined.

Place in serving dish and grate some more parmesan on top if desired.
