Ritz Cracker Nachos

Ritz crackers are one of my favourite snacks and I love turning them into a meal. This recipe for Ritz cracker nachos is the perfect meal for one or great for sharing as a snack. I started by placing the crackers in a single layer on an oven safe plate and topping them with leftover shredded chicken. I sprinkled them with grated cheese, real bacon bits and chopped banana peppers before putting them in the oven. Once the cheese was perfectly melted I removed them from the oven and drizzled them with sweet hot mustard and ranch dressing, These cracker nachos are spicy with just the right hint of sweet.
