Chicken Fajita

Chip Dip

This warm chicken fajita dip is great for dipping chips and crackers and is super easy to make. All the ingredients are just tossed in a blender and pulsed until smooth before being poured into a baking dish and heated in the oven. This is a perfect recipe for your Superbowl party.

Chicken Fajita Chip Dip

Prep Time: 10 min              Cooking Time: 25 min            Total Time: 35 min

Ingredients

2 cups chicken breast cooked, diced

1 cup yellow onion, diced

1/2 cup green pepper, diced

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup mild salsa

2 cups marble cheese, grated

1 packet fajita seasoning

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Dump all ingredients into blender and blend on the pulse setting until a no large chunks remain.

  • Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
