Monte Cristo Sandwich

When I was grocery shopping this week I noticed that Dempster's now has French Toast flavoured bagels and they looked really good so I grabbed some. When I think of French toast I think of Monte Cristo sandwiches, so I decided to make some with these bagels. I used peameal bacon instead of ham because it has so much more flavour and topped it off with some Swiss cheese. The sandwiches turned out amazing and I will definitely be buying these bagels again soon.

If you are not able to find French Toast bagels, cinnamon ones would work as well.
